Why didn't I try this sooner?

The very nice location and friendly atmosphere. I enjoyed fresh fruit and a variety of breads at breakfast. The beach restaurant across the street, along with the fine ocean views from my room, were perfect touches. The amenities, including the beautiful swimming pool.

We thoroughly enjoyed favourable location of this place.

The service, the location, the breakfast buffet are sensational. Everything about Conrad is great, I love there. It's a very expensive hotel, but sometimes they have promotions and becomes an excellent place for a good price.

It´s very difficult to have a complain, but the only little thing that is starting to show up is that it's an old building and need some repairs, mainly in some bathrooms. Even so, the rooms are great, confy and spotless.

Clean and beautiful resort

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms as comfortable, but not so huge as they seemed in the pictures, and all of them have ocean view. Breakfast Buffet is excellent. There is a great jaccuzzi overlooking the sea, great for relaxing. They also have free valet service. Another advantage for brazilian guests is that they have cable with most of the brazilian channels - Globo, band, redetv... So You can stay up to date with the news, soccer championship, etc. (since internet there is not free)

Wifi is not free - 20 dollars a day. Also, the minimum bet at The casino's table was a little higher than usual.

The breakfast. Thats about it. Dont bother trying to get drinks at pool. They will never come and they will try to charge you for them

Service and cleanliness

We loved the casino for a lucky night, and the two outdoor pools were perfect. The nightclub vibe was great for partying after a long day. Just a heads up, it's good to check your room's cleanliness as there were minor stains on the carpet in some areas. We had a blast!

One downside was the dining experience in the main restaurant, quite disappointing, and the food quality was below expectations. We ended up turning food away once.

The hotel was clean and apparently under renovations which will make the rooms even nicer. The facilities were fine (gym, pools, small spa, some shopping, a casino).

The food was poor to inadequate and the hotel charged very high prices (capitalizing on their captive guests in an unfair manner - in my opinion). Internet was a charged item and in our case, that was not mentioned when we were given our passwords. Overall, we got the sense that there must be much better places to stay in Punta Del Este.

Very nice, big room, all rooms have balcony. Very comfortable. Location is great, in front of the beach. The lobby reminds me of hotels in Las Vegas, very nice!

Breakfast needs more variation, and needs to be replenished a bit faster.

The location is perfect, just steps from the beach. The staff offered great service, always friendly and polite. The pools are big and clean. My room featured a fine sea view, which I enjoyed every morning. Breakfast had plenty of options, though some items could be fresher. One downside was that I had trouble with the air conditioning. It was quite noisy at night, which affected my sleep. I also noticed some minor stains on the carpet in my room, which detracted a bit from the otherwise excellent cleanliness. Still, I'd definitely come back for the views and the friendly service!

Good service, cleaning, localization, casino

The heated pool was under construction and we only discovered when we tried to use it. I think the hotel should give this information in the reservation/booking, as space for leisure holidaymakers and a temperature of 9 degrees Celcius outside ... would be nice to have a heated swimming pool!

Hate hotels that charge extra for wifi. Should be basic in todays mobile network.

The location was perfect, just steps from the beach, and the breakfast had freshly baked pastries with plenty of options. The pool area was excellent, and the staff were pretty good too ensure we had everything we needed.

I enjoyed the amazing views of the beach from my spacious Club Room. The outdoor pool was a total vibe for chilling under the sun, and the spa provided a fantastic massage that left me feeling rejuvenated. Plus.
